Measuring achievements

The 2012 Progress Review is the first Public report of the Mayor of London’s Green Procurement Code since it became a fee-based membership programme in 2010.  As such, the results are very different to previous reviews, in terms of the number of participants, associated spend figures, and the environmental savings. Future reviews will be assessed against 2012 data, which will form the new baseline.

In 2012, 40 signatories submitted data  for the Progress Review survey based on their procurement activities in the financial year April 2011 - March 2012. These organisations were eligible to achieve the bronze, silver or gold level of the Green Procurement Code.
